CONSULTATION & APPOINTMENTS

All consultations and appointments are by appointment only.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please call us if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We block off a certain period of time for each patient, so please be considerate of everyone's time. Medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances are understandable, however, if sufficient time is not given, a $50 fee will be charged.

INSURANCE

Many insurance plans provide partial or full coverage for acupuncture services. We are an out-of-network provider for Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare and other major medical carriers. If you qualify for benefits, our office will process and submit all claims for you. We would also be happy to check if you qualify for acupuncture benefits and encourage patients to also directly contact their insurance provider for benefits information.

SPECIAL RATES & DISCOUNTS

Special rates and discounts are provided for the following patients: Medicare, Students, and Military.

FREE PARKING & WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBILITY

There is parking provided in the Franklin Professional Building where we are located. There is also an elevator available for those in need.
