Acupuncture is a healing technique that has been used for thousands of years. Whisker-thin needles are inserted at different points along the body to help stimulate the body to naturally heal itself, through increasing circulation, decreasing inflammation, and resetting the nervous system.

Cupping is a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique that promotes circulation and decreases inflammation by stimulating the skin and releasing the muscle layer through the application of suction cups.

Similar to cupping, Gua Sha is a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique that uses a soft tool to scrape the skin, increasing circulation to the area while also decreasing inflammation. This technique releases the muscle layer and releases toxins out of the body, bringing new blood flow to the area, allowing healing to occur.  

Electro-acupuncture, or electrical stimulation, is the application of small electrical currents to the needles to enhance the healing effects of acupuncture.  

We use Chinese Herbal Formulas to treat the root of the issue by healing the body from the inside out. Each formula is individualized to the patient's specific needs.
